📦 A Quick Note on Shipping Times

If you're contacting us about your order or shipping status, please read this first it might answer your question straight away!
At Oh Sweetie, every single order is freshly prepared to your custom selection by our small, family-run team. Because of this, there’s a short processing period before your order is dispatched especially during busy times, like Bank Holidays or special occasions (Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.).
🕒 Delivery timeframes (such as 1–2 day Express Shipping) refer to the time from the date of dispatch, not the date of ordering. This is clearly explained at checkout and in our FAQs, but we know it can sometimes get missed!
Here’s how it works:

Your order is placed. 🎉

We freshly prepare it. 🍬 (This can take 1–3 working days, depending on volume.)

We dispatch it. 🚚

Courier delivers it in 1–2 working days (for Express shipping options).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
If your order was placed on a Friday, weekend orders will be processed starting Monday, as we don’t dispatch over weekends or Bank Holidays.
